1. What We Collect

Phone Validator collects only the information necessary to provide the service:

  • CRM OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest) to access your CRM account on your behalf.
  • Phone validation results (line type, carrier, validity) cached per contact to avoid duplicate API calls.
  • Location and contact identifiers from your CRM to associate results with the correct records.

We do not collect personal information from your contacts. Phone numbers submitted for validation are processed in-flight and are not stored in our database.

2. How We Use It

  • To validate phone numbers and write results back to your your CRM contacts.
  • To cache validation results so the same number is never billed twice.
  • To display validation history and statistics within the app.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers hosted within AWS us-east-1 (Virginia). OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 before being written to the database. Cached validation results are stored indefinitely unless you uninstall the app, at which point all location data is permanently deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

Phone validation is powered by third-party APIs. Phone numbers are transmitted to these services solely for validation:

  • Numverify — primary validation provider
  • LeadConnector — CRM integration platform

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of all data associated with your CRM location at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us at support@expertlevel.io.
