Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Phone Validator (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

2. Service Description

Phone Validator is a CRM marketplace application that validates phone numbers in your CRM contacts, writes results back as tags or custom fields, and provides bulk validation and workflow automation capabilities.

3. Plans & Billing

The Service is offered on a per-location subscription basis. Available plans, validation limits, and pricing are displayed within the app Settings page. Overage charges apply for validations above your plan's monthly limit. Billing is managed through your CRM.

You may change or cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to validate numbers you do not have a legitimate business relationship with.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the validation API.
• Resell or redistribute validation results to third parties without permission.

5. Accuracy & Liability

Validation results are provided on a best-effort basis using third-party carrier data. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on validation results.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On uninstall or termination, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
